• Weatherproof sealing of glass curtain walls in commercial buildings : Provides long-lasting protection against rain, UV rays, and temperature changes while maintaining a clean, professional finish.
• Durable protection for aluminum and metal facades :Ensures strong adhesion and resistance to corrosion, offering reliable sealing for modern architectural structures.
• Long-term sealing of perimeter joints in high-rise and low-rise projects :Maintains flexibility and prevents cracks or leaks, ensuring lasting performance in both residential and commercial buildings.
To ensure maximum performance and longevity, follow these steps:
• Clean all application areas thoroughly.
• Ensure the surface is dry, clean, and free of dust or oil.
• Cut the nozzle tip at a 45° angle for precise application.
• Insert the cartridge into a sealant gun.
• Apply an even bead of sealant directly into the joint or bonding surface.
• For bonding: press surfaces firmly together to eliminate air bubbles.
• For sealing: ensure the joint is completely filled.
• Initial skin formation: ~20 minutes at 23 °C, 50% RH.
• Full curing speed: ~2.1 mm per day depending on environmental conditions.
• Wipe off excess sealant immediately (cloth or paper towel).
• Once cured, remove residue with scraper, acetone, or xylene.

• Keep away from children : Ensure that the product is stored in a place that children cannot access to prevent accidental contact or ingestion.
• Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes : Handle the sealant carefully. Use protective gloves if necessary to prevent irritation or allergic reactions.
• In case of skin contact : Immediately wipe off excess sealant with a cloth and wash the area with soap and water. Seek medical advice if irritation continues.
• In case of eye contact : Rinse eyes immediately with plenty of water while holding the eyelids apart. Seek medical attention promptly to prevent any damage.
• Storage instructions : Store the product in its original packaging in a cool, dry place (5 °C – 25 °C), away from direct sunlight and moisture.
