How to implement it
Prerequisite: To exchange documents you need a management system (ERP or trade software, platform, DMS)
Upon request, we will provide you with the following data in electronic form:
* Delivery note for automating goods receipt
* Individual and/or collective invoices for easier purchasing controls and payments
* Bidirectional information flows, such as order confirmation

How EDI interfaces work
After you have sent a corresponding order to Würth via your administration system, EDI allows your company to receive and manage all order confirmations, delivery notes, invoices and other documents in electronic form directly in your system, instead of having to handle them in paper form, for the benefit of the purchasing department, the finance department and the administration.
